We collect personal information when you register for WANSecurity Wireless services or when you use our products or services.

WE TAKE SECURITY AND PRIVACY VERY SERIOUSLY

When you purchase software or entry level services from WANSecurity Wireless, we ask for information such as your name, address, email and phone number. For some services such as hosting, colocation, and virtualized services we ask for information such as your name, address, email address, phone number, a copy of your drivers license or other government issued ID, and a faxed copy of the physical credit card that you will be using to pay your invoices. These are required not only for our records but so we can bring your equipment into our data center. For some products and services we may also ask for your address so that we can ensure delivery of physical products.

WANSecurity Wireless automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, WANSecurity Wireless cookie information, and the page you request.

How We Use Collected Information

WANSecurity Wireless uses information we collect: for verification and identification of our customers, to verify who you are, to guarantee someone is not trying to impersonate you, and to provide the safest and most secure data services available.

Children
